Why do you do what you do, professionally?
For me, my job responsibilities are a way to constantly push myself to keep learning and growing. I love to discover other areas of interest and learn new skills. I appreciate the opportunity to take on projects that help our members thrive professionally and support the industry.  

What have you learned working at AACE? Or What do you enjoy most about working at AACE?
I enjoy working with the incredibly smart, creative, and thoughtful people on AACE’s staff and volunteer boards/committees. Over the years, I’ve come to appreciate what a positive and supportive work environment means in the overall work-life balance equation and consider myself extremely fortunate my employer values this, as well.

Tell us about your interests, family, and/or a fun fact!
My interests primarily revolve around outdoor activities in the mountains. AACE’s shift to a remote work environment has afforded me a big adventure this year. I relocated to the Northwest for the winter and my love of snow sports propelled me on a journey around the “Powder Highway” in British Columbia, Canada, with my sister. It was an amazing trip packed with cross country and downhill skiing most every day and a healing soak in a nearby natural hot springs each evening. A side trip into Banff National Park and Lake Louise made for even more beautiful scenery as illustrated in these photos.
