Why do you do what you do, professionally?
Before joining AACE, my professional background was primarily in Human Resources. I have discovered Association work is more meaningful to me because I feel like I am helping others achieve their goals and dreams.

Also, as a mom, I want to show my daughters than you can balance a career and motherhood in a healthy environment. AACE’s culture grants me the privilege of having work-life harmony.

What do you enjoy most about working at AACE?
I am grateful to have had countless professional development opportunities, in a wide range of areas, which have helped me grow and thrive both personally and professionally.

My favorite part about working at AACE is who I work with. I enjoy the daily engagement with our members and certificants, who are incredible individuals. Of course, my co-workers are pretty awesome, too. Together, they make the busy, crazy days enjoyable!

Tell us about your interests, family, and/or a fun fact!
I am a mom to two amazing girls – Sophie & Jo Jo. They keep me extremely busy with cheerleading, softball, horseback riding, and many other extracurricular activities. My husband has been the General Manager/Construction Foreman for nearly 20 years at two family-owned businesses. I serve as President of my children’s elementary school Parent Council. Beyond our work and school commitments, we enjoy spending time in the pool, exploring/supporting local events, attractions, businesses, and restaurants. Also, we all LOVE the beach!
