How to Submit Items for Publication
AACE International Source online primarily publishes AACE association news. To submit news items for possible publication, email editor@aacei.org. All submissions should include the name of who is submitting, an email to send confirmation that the item was received, and a phone number should we need clarification or have questions on the submission. Photos can be submitted but do not embed these within a Word document. Instead, attach to the email any photo or photos as jpeg or png format attachments. If possible, submit images at about 10 inches high or wide (depending on whether they’re portrait or landscape in orientation) at 150 dpi. This will give us the ability to size as best fit within our workspace.
Do not submit any technical articles or abstracts of potential technical articles. AACE policy is that abstracts and technical papers are only accepted each July and August during the annual AACE Call for Papers. Any technical articles published in the Cost Engineering journal or Source online must first have passed peer review and must have been presented at an AACE Conference & Expo. Top scoring papers are then considered for publication.
