Outstanding Rising Professional: The Rising Professional Award is given to a rising professional – with ten (10) or fewer years of experience in the field of total cost management in recognition of their contributions made to the profession.  Membership in AACE is required.

Teja Pulla, CCP CEP EVP PRMP PSP – Teja joined AACE in 2018. He earned the Cost Professional (CCP), Certified Estimating Professional (CEP), and Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) designations in 2023 and the Earned Value Professional (EVP) and Project Risk Management Professional (PRMP) designations in 2024. Teja is active with the New Jersey Section as an officer, currently serving as Section President. He was previously the Chair of the Outreach Committee of the North Florida Section. He volunteers for AACE International as a memo grader for the Certification Board’s professional examinations. Teja is an Associate Director of Project Controls at Princeton University.
