Outstanding Woman in AACE International: The Outstanding Woman in AACE International is to honor a woman who has achieved success through significant accomplishments in the industry and within AACE International. The candidate shall have chosen a career path that is focused on the advancement of AACE’s precepts of total cost management. Membership in AACE is required.

Dayna Anderson – Dayna has been a member of AACE since 2003. She has served in a variety of leadership roles within the Chicago-Midwest Section, serving most notably as president (2016-2018). She has been active on the Membership Advisory Committee since 2020 as Vice Chair and Director-Region 4 (Midwest USA). Dayna has presented technical papers at the Conference & Expo and was the lead of the 2023 Tuesday Keynote session “COVID-Related Claims and the Challenges of Measuring Associated Impacts”.  She is a Certified Management Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner and has testified in federal court, as well as arbitration, related to economic damages. Dayna is a Senior Managing Director, Commercial Damages & Investigation at VERTEX.
