Seattle Section
On May 11th AACE Seattle Section proudly hosted Dr. Steve Warhoe, who is currently the Vice President of AACE’s Technical Board. Dr. Warhoe is a highly experienced professional with over 35 years of expertise in project management, construction management, project controls, and dispute resolution. The topic of his presentation “RP 120R Demonstrating Entitlement for Contract Change Orders or Claims – As Applied in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction” addressed the necessary elements to determine technical entitlement for a change order request or claim in the absence of clarity in the contract. Dr Warhoe’s collaborative presentation style invited listeners to engage, ask technical questions and come away with new understandings. AACE Seattle Section would like to extend a special thank you to Dr Steve Warhoe for making our live event a huge success.
