Keane Award for Distinguished Service to an AACE Section: Candidates for consideration to receive this Award must have been an active member of an AACE section, or sections, for a minimum of five (5) years continuous engagement in section leadership in a section that has continuously achieved or exceeded section minimum standards, grown in membership and contributed to the furtherance of the precepts of total cost management.  Membership in AACE is required.

Rey F. Diaz, PE – Since joining AACE in 2003, Rey became active with the Puerto Rico Section, where he served as President, and since moving to Florida with the North Florida Section where he is currently serving as section secretary and webmaster. Rey has also been primary contributor/contributor to AACE Recommended Practices (RPs), a contributing member of the Education Board Online Learning Committee, and an active member of the Planning & Scheduling Technical Subcommittee where he has been serving as the subcommittee’s RP Coordinator. Rey is a Senior Associate at PMA Consultants.
