AACE Announces Avinash Gaikwad As Our Incoming Chair of the Contract Management Subcommittee
AACE is happy to announce Avinash Gaikwad as our incoming Chair of the Contract Management Subcommittee.
Avinash Gaikwad has 23+ years of experience with construction projects in India, the UK, and the Middle East. He specializes in expert determination, mediation, arbitration to construction, built asset commercial disputes, and acts as expert witness by instruction from client’s solicitors. Avinash has provided his services on many critical and prestigious projects such as:
- London Olympics 2012 project.
- F1 Racetrack Yas Island Abu Dhabi.
- Hamad International Airport, Doha. Qatar.
- FIFA World Cup 2022 Stadiums, Qatar.
Avinash has been an AACE member for seven years, and is the founder of AG Consultancy, an RICS regulated Chartered Quantity Surveying firm in which he is managing director.
