I read your profile, it’s amazing. Each and every word in the profile is very valuable and to be taken into consideration and to be follow by not only senior professionals but, also for young professionals. Currently, I am working as a construction head of a medium size project management company in India, I use to face challenges on disputes between clients and contractors on completion of projects in time, quality issues, cost escalation, ambiguity in contracts etc………, I am trying to solve these issues by experience only and I don’t have or know any scientifically proved methods.
