What construction industry needs,that too urgently,is the implementation of GOPAC 2015 proposal of an Additional Technical Audit, for Government funded constructions of US$ 12 Trillions per year.
In this 21st. century,we cannot tolerate the following:
1) An avoidable loss(as it is after auditing) of US $ 4 Trillion per year.
2)Around US $ 12 Trillion worth of Govt.funded constructions are taking place
annually without the International Auditing Standards such as:
How a Govt.funded project to be awarded?
How and the amount(in relation to Contract value) of Advance Payment given to Government Contractors?
